User Data Deletion Instructions

To satisfy Facebook/Meta App verification terms and maintain privacy compliance, SamvaadGrid outlines clear instructions for deleting your personal and enterprise accounts and all associated data.
How to Request Data Deletion
You can trigger account and data deletion using either of the following two options:
Option 1: Direct Settings Deletion
- Log in to your account on the SamvaadGrid Dashboard.
- Navigate to Settings from the sidebar.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Profile page.
- Click on Delete Account and confirm the action.
Option 2: Contact Support
You can submit a data deletion request directly to our compliance team. Email us from your registered account:

Processing Timeframe & Retention
Once a deletion request is initiated:
- Your WhatsApp access token and any AI provider key you added are wiped immediately.
- Your customer lists, chats, appointments and form answers will be permanently deleted from our database servers within 7 working days.
- Subscription statuses will be terminated, and no further billing attempts will be made.
