At SamvaadGrid, we provide WhatsApp CRM tools, automatic replies and an AI agent through monthly or yearly subscriptions, after a free trial with no card needed. Our refund and cancellation policy reflects the unique nature of automated API structures and server resources allocated to maintain your active account.
1. Non-Refundable Subscriptions
Once a subscription billing cycle has started, it cannot be refunded or prorated. Subscription services are provided on an "as-is" basis, and all recurring payments are final.
Because our platform allows you you to pay Meta for WhatsApp messages, and optionally an AI provider through your own key, directly and without markup, we do not issue refunds for charges made by those third parties.
2. Service Understanding & Trial
Please use the free trial to check that SamvaadGrid fits your business before choosing a paid plan. AI replies depend on the business information you give the AI and can vary.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your SamvaadGrid subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard.
Cancellation will prevent future automatic billing cycles but will not generate a refund for the current active billing period. Your account, workflows, and integrations will remain active and fully functional until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
